Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission is the supervisory body of the communications and multimedia industry in Malaysia. When it was founded, its main purpose is to regulate the telecommunications and multimedia industry based on the powers conferred by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (1998) and the Communications and Multimedia Act (1998). In accordance with the Acts, the role of the Commission is to implement and promote the Malaysian Government’s national policy objectives for the telecommunications and multimedia.
